WILTW-Maple Hill Creamery yogurt 2

This week I’m loving this amazing yogurt by Maple Hill Creamery. I think that I picked these up because of the artwork of the tree on the container and I purchased them because it’s made with organic milk from grass-fed cows. I am so glad that I did because it’s my new favorite yogurt. We eat a lot of yogurt here and it’s usually Stonyfield brand because that’s the only organic choice usually available at the store for us. This yogurt appeared at Wegman’s last week and I’ve already tried 3 different flavors. It’s a little pricey at $1.49 for a 6 oz. container but I think that it’s worth it.

So far my favorite flavor is maple because maple syrup is the only sweetener. I expected it to be strong like most things that are maple-flavored but it really doesn’t taste like maple and it has just the right amount of sweetness. My second favorite flavor is the Orange Crème.

Make sure to check out the Maple Hill Creamery website too. It’s got fascinating information about grass-fed dairy farming which my husband made fun of me for reading thoroughly.  Plus I love the artwork and info-graphics.

I haven’t gotten into the groove of making my own yogurt at my new house and this yogurt is way better than my homemade yogurt anyway. I just wish that Wegman’s stocked the large containers. I spent so much time oohing and aahing about the maple yogurt that my son has already asked me to buy some for him next week.
